• Employee interview round #1 - online or in F2F if desired

• Second meeting with management: concept presentation & adjustment

• Implementation of the project as agreed

• Employee interview round #2 - online or in F2F if desired

• Presentation of conclusions; options, possible internal interventions or further coaching

• Project completion and invoicing
